Job Description

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. As a Physiotherapist - Community Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing clients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve clients' mobility, function, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate clinical records.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Maintain active standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities.
  • Adhere to Bayshore HealthCare's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or recognized equivalent in Physiotherapy.
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Preference for three years of experience providing physiotherapy services, with a focus on home assessments and treatments.
