Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Community Occupational Therapist to join our team at London Rehab Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide occupational therapy services to clients in community settings, including rehabilitation centres and special health institutions.
- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to promote independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' needs and goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent experience.
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in community occupational therapy.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work setting.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus.

- Parking available.
- 25 to 40 hours per week.
