Overview of Our Addiction Treatment Facility

We are proud to introduce our new 60-bed inpatient addictions treatment facility, EHN Willowview Recovery Centre, located near Regina. This state-of-the-art center provides adults aged 18 and above with holistic, wrap-around inpatient addictions treatment for up to 16 weeks.

Nurse Role and Responsibilities

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide a comprehensive assessment of clients with mental health and addictions-related issues, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in accordance with statutory and regulatory standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver client care according to the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide ongoing client care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Formulate and implement client care plans
  • Safely administer medications to clients
  • Maintain current progress records on clients, adhering to legal and ethical standards
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nurses with pharmacological training
  • Licensed Practical Nurse registration in the Province of Saskatchewan
  • Current basic CPR certification
  • Recent clinical experience, including medication administration and leadership duties
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of the interdisciplinary team
