In Season Farms Ltd is a leading agriculture company that prides itself on its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Assistant to join our team.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of our farm. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25kg regularly. Responsibilities include:
  • Transporting items throughout the plant using powered equipment;
  • Checking and weighing materials and products;
  • Sorting, packing, crating, and packaging materials and products;
  • Assisting machine operators, assemblers, and other workers;
  • Cleaning machines and immediate work areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education;
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required but an asset;
  • Experience working in a similar environment is an asset;
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg regularly;
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
