We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Associate to join our Private Wealth team at BMO. As an Investment Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and support to our high net worth clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess individual client investment needs and provide customized investment advice and sales support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement investment strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Collaborate with internal partners to expand business relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in wealth management or a related field.
- Knowledge of Canadian Securities Course & Conduct and Practices Handbook.
- Registration as a Registered Representative (RR).
- Compliance with mandatory IIROC Continuing Education Program requirements.
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaboration and team skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Influence skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $41,600.00 - $77,000.00, as well as a monthly discretionary bonus. Our total compensation package includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards. We also offer health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
