Sewing Supervisor

The Sewing Supervisor is a key member of our production team, responsible for overseeing the activities of sewing machine operators and ensuring the team meets daily quotas.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and plan the activities of sewing machine operators to achieve high productivity and quality standards.
- Review factory loading schedules daily and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Ensure operators have the necessary skills and training to perform their tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to operators to help them meet their performance goals.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Communicate effectively with the production team, management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- 5+ years of sewing experience, preferably in the apparel manufacturing industry.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
