About the Role

As a Content Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective content for various digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, visual designers, user experience designers, QA testers, developers, and project managers to ensure that the content meets our client's needs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Content Designer specializing in Content/conversational design or UX writing. They will also possess demonstrated expertise in content strategy and execution, particularly in UX writing roles. Additionally, they will have proven stakeholder management skills, including experience working with product owners and vendors.

Responsibilities
- Work as an integral part of project team comprising product managers, visual designers, user experience designers, QA testers, developers, and project managers.
- Participate actively in regular project team meetings and reviews to contribute insights and collaborate effectively.
- Strategically plan content by working with content designers from other Investor's Edge projects.

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Content Designer specializing in Content/conversational design or UX writing.
- Demonstrated expertise in content strategy and execution, particularly in UX writing roles.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including experience working with product owners and vendors.
- Some experience in writing for digital platforms, with a portfolio showcasing relevant samples.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working in an agile environment, facilitating seamless collaboration and iterative development.
- Familiarity with financial services, preferably with brokerage or investment knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
