Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Maple Leaf Construction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage senior staff, including directors and middle managers, to ensure effective team performance
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring a strong and positive reputation
- Recruit and develop talent from diverse backgrounds, including newcomers and refugees, to enhance our team's skills and perspectives
- Collaborate with indigenous communities and organizations to foster strong relationships and support their growth
- Apply hiring policies that promote diversity and inclusion, ensuring a fair and equitable work environment
- College/CEGEP education and 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
- Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Permanent full-time position with 30 hours per week
