Key Responsibilities
  • Assess new business needs requiring IT solution development and evolution
  • Manage the realization of functional requirements and validate requested development before user acceptance
  • Collaborate with business lines to define business requirements and ensure scope of work and business cases are clearly defined
  • Act as liaison between business users, PMO, and IT technical teams
  • Ensure IT resources are aligned with business needs
  • Drive IT innovation, best practices, and cost efficiencies to improve financial and operational performance
  • Document functional designs for all enhancements and projects
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate IT personnel
  • Assist in execution of Digital and IT roadmap
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Asset Management, and Manufacturing processes and applications
  • Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice versa
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects
