We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in providing high-quality rehabilitative care to our clients.

The Physiotherapist will work closely with our interprofessional team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients with various rehabilitation needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physiotherapy services to clients in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient facilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Excellent assessment and intervention skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teaching skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Experience and/or a demonstrated interest in working with diverse client populations
