About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Eagle Creek Ventures Inc. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring that all dishes are presented in a timely and appealing manner.
  • Order Taking and Communication: Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring that all requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards, travelers' checks, or room billings.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime as needed.
