Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Superior Insulation. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of residential construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project reports, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design or construction-related issues
  • Recruit, train, and develop construction staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Estimate costs, materials, and labor requirements for projects, ensuring profitability and efficiency
  • Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain excellent communication and service standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction supervision or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
  • Experience with project management software and tools
