Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and manage trade subcontractors, ensuring their activities are coordinated effectively
  • Inspect subcontractor work to guarantee quality and conformity with plans and specifications
  • Manage budgets, tracking expenses and staying within allocated funds
  • Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities
  • Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications
  • Ensure that construction permits are acquired promptly
  • Develop and implement health and safety plans to maintain a safe working environment
  • Human resource planning and development to support project success
