Production Supervisor

Trylak is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead its manufacturing and engineering team. As a key member of the management team, this role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing as the primary point of contact for maintenance and engineering related matters
  • Focusing on proactive maintenance to ensure maximum uptime
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Initiating plans for process improvements and facility expansions
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • At least 6 years' experience in maintenance or engineering, with a strong background in a manufacturing setting
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
