**The Role**

The Site Co-ordinator is an essential position at our company. Within your role, you will help support our hardworking and high performing Construction Team and will work closely with our Construction Managers, Foremen, Sales Teams and Operations.

The Site Coordinator will be an active part of the Team, assisting the Construction Manager with sourcing materials, managing timelines, communicating with internal and external customers, and liaising with Sales Representatives, Project Managers, sub-contractors & site supervisors.

This position requires efficiency, site visits and site management, thinking ahead, good communication skills, and a strong eye for detail. Projects will involve a combination of independent work and working with the Project Management Team to coordinate various aspects of the projects.

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3+ years relevant experience required
- Strong time-management, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Forward thinking and the ability to anticipate obstacles that may arise
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on multiple, diverse projects simultaneously

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Creates reports, work orders, and variance reports on additional materials
- Responsible for follow-up and keeping site timelines on track (in the absence of the construction manager)
- Be an active part of the Team, assisting the Site Supervisor with sourcing materials, communicating with clients, and liaising with internal support staff.
- Assist with updating Project Timelines and communicating these timelines.
- Assist with Material Selection, and Delivery Coordination.
- Assist with the schedule for suppliers in order to provide services on-site
- Ensure the Site Supervisor is supplied with all up to date packages (drawings, schedules, and specifications)
- Assist with uploading site photos, drawings, and relevant Project documents into our internal software, set-up new Projects ensuring project data is up to date
- Assist with pricing and quantity take-offs (experience with take-off software a major asset)
- Maintain records of site deliveries and provide running totals of material quantities delivered to site
- Attend all Project Management Team meetings and provide insight/feedback on current Projects
- Manage and maintain organized project documents and files through the software program s that are provided by ABC Recreation.
- Help the team meet and exceed client expectations (both internal and external)
- Willingness to contribute however possible to ensure the overall effectiveness of projects

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
