**Job Title:** Senior Backend Engineer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our Server Engineering team, based in a dynamic and innovative environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend infrastructure to support the platform for millions of concurrent API calls.
  • Collaborate with product and other functional engineering teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of your code and contribute to the development of mission-critical distributed systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code that meets the company's standards.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in backend development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Lua, Java, and Scala.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services and/or Azure.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases like Redis or Cassandra.
  • Strong passion for scalable, highly available systems and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
