We An-Ser Communications Group is seeking a highly skilled Call Centre Representative to join our team. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting callers, and providing exceptional customer service. Our state-of-the-art call processing system and comprehensive training will equip you with the necessary tools to prioritize customer needs.

To be successful, you must possess a welcoming voice, strong command of the English language, and excellent computer skills in a Windows-based environment. Additionally, you should have good attendance and the ability to type 40 words per minute or more.

The shifts offered are part-time, with a 4:30PM-10:30PM schedule, and a 7 days on, 7 days off rotation. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual, we encourage you to apply.
