Key Responsibilities- Clinical Quality:
- Ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
- Review and manage caseloads for WCB, MVA, and LTD patients.
- Provide quality assurance reports and feedback to clinical staff.
- Promote continuing education opportunities and encourage staff growth.
- Professional Development:
- Develop and implement business plans to drive clinic growth.
- Promote a climate of success and high-level service within the clinic.
- Monitor customer service programs to ensure exceptional patient experience.
- Identify, coach, and mentor potential leadership qualities in team members.
- Demonstrate clinical leadership and expertise through mentorship and staff development.
- Lead regular meetings with clinical staff to identify areas for growth and provide coaching.
- Support new staff in adopting a collaborative approach to care.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A clinical designation as a Physiotherapist.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a leadership or management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for developing clinical excellence through mentorship, education, and professional development.
