Lead a Dynamic Physiotherapy Clinic Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to lead our interdisciplinary clinic team at Servus Place in St. Albert. As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for driving the success of the clinic, overseeing all internal operations, and developing clinical excellence through mentorship, education, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
  • Review and manage caseloads, including WCB, MVA, and LTD patients.
  • Provide quality assurance reports and feedback to clinical leaders.
  • Promote continuing education opportunities and lead a growth-minded team culture.
Business Development and Leadership:
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive clinic revenue.
  • Promote a climate of success and high-level service within the clinic.
  • Monitor customer service programs to provide an outstanding experience.
  • Identify, coach, and mentor potential leadership qualities in team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Physiotherapist.
  • Strong leadership and clinical skills.
  • Ability to drive business development and growth.
