Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Henrietta Florida - Mcclenny. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their dignity and well-being.
  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, grooming, and mobility assistance.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring clients receive adequate nutrition and hydration.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in employer's/client's home.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of clients.
