Job Title:

Organization and Productivity Project Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Organization and Productivity Project Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure effective task management
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and inventory management
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely payment of staff
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
