We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide expert advice on personal and small business banking products and services, including transaction, investment, and insurance solutions.
- Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with specialist colleagues to refer clients to relevant services and products.
- Adhere to compliance and risk management rules, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment for clients.
