Job Title: Banking Advisor

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to greet clients, answer their questions, and offer personalized banking solutions to meet their needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Answer client questions and provide personalized banking solutions
  • Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs
  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations
  • Give advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients
  • Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
