Key Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries and provide quotes, order confirmations, and expediting options
- Provide technical support and product details to customers
- Collaborate with outside sales reps and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues
- Investigate discrepancies and provide resolutions
- Manage shipping and receiving orders, and maintain accurate records
- Proactively build and maintain customer relationships
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
- Proven understanding of fundamental sales skills and techniques
- Knowledge of the Automation industry, including Sensors, Encoders, Safety, Vision, and Auto ID
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Competitive salary range: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
- Dental care, extended health care, on-site parking, and paid time off
- Monday to Friday schedule, with no weekends
