Food Service Team Lead

PK Paris Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and manage inventory effectively.
- Recruit and hire food service staff to meet the needs of our customers.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform budgeting and cost estimates.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure seamless food delivery.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to maintain high standards of presentation and service.
- Establish work schedules and ensure effective supervision of staff.
- 5-10 years of experience in food service management.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of service.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
- 37.5 hours of work per week.
