We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Consultant to join our Acquisition team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial planning and advisory services to our clients in the medical community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, covering areas such as risk management, estate planning, liability management, and investment management.
- Generate outbound leads and manage inbound referrals to convert into relationship opportunities.
- Lead marketing initiatives and deliver a high-touch client experience consistent with Scotiabank's values and brand.
- Participate in client seminars, partner events, and conferences to promote the Scotiabank difference.
- Grow and retain market share through active prospecting, business development, and exceptional client relationship management.
- University degree or college diploma in business, commerce, or financial planning.
- IIROC licensed as a Registered Representative (IIROC-RR) with completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), and 90-day training.
- Three years industry experience.
- Ability to travel.
