We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Consultant to join our Acquisition team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial planning and advisory services to our clients in the medical community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, covering areas such as risk management, estate planning, liability management, and investment management.
  • Generate outbound leads and manage inbound referrals to convert into relationship opportunities.
  • Lead marketing initiatives and deliver a high-touch client experience consistent with Scotiabank's values and brand.
  • Participate in client seminars, partner events, and conferences to promote the Scotiabank difference.
  • Grow and retain market share through active prospecting, business development, and exceptional client relationship management.
Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma in business, commerce, or financial planning.
  • IIROC licensed as a Registered Representative (IIROC-RR) with completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), and 90-day training.
  • Three years industry experience.
  • Ability to travel.
