Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and develop therapeutic interventions to promote healthy leisure lifestyles
- Facilitate groups and individual sessions to address behavioral patterns and mood
- Communicate and document results to clients and team members
- Assume a therapeutic role in clients' motivation, counseling, and supervision
- Develop and implement programs based on patient needs
- Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field
- Experience working with mental health and addiction populations
- Registration with BCTRA or Certification with the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (CTRS)
- Knowledge of standardized and non-standardized assessments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
