Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at A-Win Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll, budgeting, and inventory control.
  • Supervise and train office staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and mail management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Hours:

35 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
