Job Overview

The I.M.P. Group International Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk/Timekeeper to provide Timekeeping & Accounts Payable support to all Aerospace Branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding time records in accordance with HR and Corporate policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Track employee clinical appointments, overtime banking, and vacation requests with precision.
  • Perform electronic voucher matching and liaise with Purchasing regarding PO Variances.
  • Liaise with payroll department on related employee issues and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years accounting experience.
  • Experience in a payroll function would be considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle stressful situations, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with JD Edwards and Autotime would be considered an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office software, particularly Excel.
  • Eligibility for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Canadian Government Security Clearances.
