Job Title: Early Childhood Education Worker

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an Early Childhood Education Worker to join our team As an ECE Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and engaging learning environment for our children. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

You will work closely with early childhood educators to carry out programs that foster growth and development. This includes leading activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on local outings. You will also encourage creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.

In addition to program implementation, you will guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits. A key aspect of this role is ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in early childhood education
