Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sales support to our Gemini Parts division, working closely with external customers to ensure accurate data and orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales support to the Gemini Parts division, ensuring accurate data and orders
  • Liaise with accounting to facilitate customer payment terms and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
  • Compile weekly sales reports and upload inventory to online databases
  • Perform various administrative duties, including light filing and scanning, and ordering supplies
  • Participate in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to use computer programs, such as Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Occasional travel to customer events
