Job Title: Business Development Officer

Thiara Construction and Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement business plans, and negotiate contracts.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
