Aircraft Maintenance Instructor

Job Summary
Transat is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Training department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for Technical Operations personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update training documentation, including syllabuses, exams, and training manuals.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs, including CARs and health and safety training.
- Act as a resource for Technical Operations personnel and remain current in company developments.
- Complete administrative requirements for training documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma of college studies in aircraft maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Bilingualism (French/English), oral and written.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
