Job Summary
As a seasoned Food and Beverage Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance guest experience and drive revenue growth in our food and beverage operations. This role requires a strong leader who can manage all food and beverage outlets, including concession stands, restaurants, bars, and VIP suites, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and recruiting, training, and supervising food and beverage staff.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning
    Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest experience and drive revenue growth in food and beverage operations.
  2. Operations Management
    Manage all food and beverage outlets, including concession stands, restaurants, bars, and VIP suites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  3. Staff Management
    Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  4. Financial Management
    Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control strategies.
  5. Vendor Management
    Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and consistency of products and services.
  6. Guest Feedback
    Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaboration
    Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create promotions and special events.
  8. Analysis
    Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements

  1. Education
    Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience
    Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a large venue or stadium environment.
  3. Leadership
    Proven track record of successful management and leadership in food and beverage operations.
  4. Financial Acumen
    Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  5. Skills
    Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Adaptability
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  7. Knowledge
    Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage services.
  8. Technical Skills
    Proficiency in MS Office and experience with POS systems.
