Job Title: Director of Food

At JRoss Recruiters, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food to lead our food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance guest experience and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all food and beverage outlets, including concession stands, restaurants, bars, and VIP suites.
  • Oversee menu development, pricing strategies, and product selection to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote food and beverage offerings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
