Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and keep records of food quantities used.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 35-40 hours per week.
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant at EDO JAPAN RESTAURANT, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
