About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Manager to join our team at CMHA Durham. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for facilitating the management, collection, and analysis of clinical and non-clinical data to identify opportunities for quality improvement, risk management, and service enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the development and implementation of quality improvement plans and risk management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management and front-line staff to coordinate the review of adverse incidents and implement recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain quality reports and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Assist with organization-wide education and capacity building related to risk management and quality improvement.
  • Coordinate consumer input/feedback surveys and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Planning, Risk Management, Public Administration, or Human Services).
  • Minimum of three to five years of recent experience in leading/facilitating quality improvement initiatives.
  • Extensive knowledge of quality and risk management principles, client safety, best practices, methods, and techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively with staff and community organizations.
  • Self-motivated, organized, creative, and able to work independently with good judgment.
