About the Role

Brandt Truck & Trailer Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Coordinator to support our designated branches in Regina, Saskatchewan.

This key role is responsible for supporting inventory control and management across our divisions, including assigning stock to sales and rentals, leveling wholegood inventory, and placing orders with vendors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Record Maintenance
    • Utilize the Record 360 program to maintain accurate inventory records, including machine details, hours, location, notes, and specifications.
    • Provide training and support for the Record 360 system.
  • Order Placement and Management
    • Place orders with vendors and maintain order details.
    • Respond to branch questions on order date details.
    • Work with vendors on order change requests.
  • Inventory Creation and Management
    • Match vendor invoices to purchase orders.
    • Apply GL coding knowledge for various products.
    • Create new inventory records in business systems.
  • Support and Analysis
    • Provide analytical support to senior leadership teams on sales details.
    • Coordinate logistics with PDI and Traffic departments.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Analytics, or a similar discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong customer support skills.
  • Knowledge or experience within ERP systems.
  • Must be an analytical thinker and proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong work ethic, willing to put in extra time as required to get the job done.
