Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop category strategies for the online channel that align with the category's omni objectives.
  • Conduct item-level assortment analysis and provide recommendations to optimize category financial performance.
  • Drive vendor management activities, including sourcing new online-only vendors and onboarding them.
  • Provide analytic support to omni Category Managers on high-priority eCommerce strategic projects.
  • Build, analyze, and maintain systems and reports to support merchandise decisions.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of Business Analysis experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines.
  • Ability to acquire and analyze data and provide business recommendations.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented.
Nice to Have:
  • Retail experience.
