We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and progress.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Medical clearance, including TB tests, and a clear criminal record check.
All staff are required to adhere to COVID-19 prevention protocols and wear a mask at all times.
