Job Summary
The Senior Accountant is a key member of our finance team, responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. You will supervise the Accountant and AP/AR Specialist and work closely with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including financial analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Supervise the Accountant and AP/AR Specialist
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards
- Analyze financial data and present findings to the management team

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in senior finance management
- Expertise in forecasting and budget management, financial analytics, and compliance
- Experience with SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (SAP FICO)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional projects and maintain sensitive financial information confidentially
