At Software Secured, we're on a mission to help software development teams stay ahead of hackers. As an Intermediate Penetration Tester, you'll play a crucial role in securing our clients' mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform security code reviews to identify vulnerabilities
  • Conduct web, mobile, and network security tests to ensure application security
  • Collaborate with clients to develop remediation strategies and implement security design reviews
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and OWASP Top 10 guidelines
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in penetration testing, application security, or a related field
  • Strong software development background in Python,.NET, Ruby, or Java
  • Bonus points for OSCP or GWAPT certifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary: $95,000 - $125,000 CAD
  • Remote work options: work from anywhere in Canada or the world for up to 2 months per year
  • Yearly profit-sharing: 7 - 12% of your base salary
