Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation

Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Budgeting and Cost Control

Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and prepare budget and cost estimates.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.

Team Management

Establish work schedules, manage staff, and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Personal Qualities

Excellent oral communication skills, team player, organized, and ability to multitask are essential.
