We are looking for a talented Western Canada Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue growth and market share within Western Canada.
You will collaborate with National Key Account Managers, sales operations, and marketing functions to achieve sales goals. Travel is required throughout Western Canada and to head office.
Additional responsibilities include participating in customer-focused events such as trade shows, customer or company-sponsored events, and developing and promoting customer appreciation events.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue growth and market share within assigned regions or territories.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the services industry.
A post-secondary degree in Sales or Business Administration or a related field is required.
