As the Medical Clinic Administrative Lead, you will provide leadership to the Clinic team and promote a work environment that fosters quality patient-centered care and service. The position requires a high level of initiative and independent judgment to determine work priorities, methods, and actions.

The position functions in a manner consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Southern Health-Santé Sud. Key qualifications include a Grade XII education or equivalent, successful completion of a Medical Office Assistant course, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Requirements

  • Grade XII education or equivalent
  • Successful completion of a Medical Office Assistant course
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Minimum two years' experience in a medical clinic setting or equivalent
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience in an administrative setting
  • Proficiency of both official languages (English/French)

Conditions of Employment

  • Requires a valid Class 5 driver's license, an all-purpose insured vehicle, and liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.00
