Southern Health-Santé Sud seeks an experienced and skilled Medical Clinic Administrator to lead our team in providing exceptional patient-centered care.

This leadership role requires a strong administrative background, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a medical clinic setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for promoting a positive and respectful work environment, while also ensuring the highest level of quality care is provided to patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the clinic team
  • Maintaining electronic medical records and filing systems
  • Compiling statistics and processing personal health information
  • Working with Advanced Access
  • Supporting the Clinical Teaching Unit (CTU)

In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite Applications, as well as proficiency in both official languages (English/French).

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Please note that this position requires a valid Class 5 driver's license, an all-purpose insured vehicle, and liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.00.
