About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at Servus Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively gather and document member information to support financial planning and advice.
  • Review and analyze member accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Process transactions, open new accounts, and provide loan application support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services to effectively recommend and promote them to members.
Requirements
  • 1 year of retail banking or sales experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Post-secondary education in finance or a related field is an asset.
  • IFIC certification is also valuable.
