- Post-Secondary Degree: A degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as Maximo.
- Industrial Experience: Prior experience working in an industrial environment, preferably in a unionized setting.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with various trades and stakeholders.
