At Bell Canada, we're looking for a Store Manager to lead our retail sales team and drive performance in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class coaching to build and maintain a high-performing team
- Build a customer-focused culture within your store
- Maintain and exceed overall store sales performance
- Get into the data to find opportunities and identify solutions for your store
- Anticipate opportunities to exceed both external and internal customers' expectations
Requirements:
- Loves coaching people to their true potential and to exceed sales targets
- Has excellent listening and communication skills
- Is passionate about the latest technology
- Is flexible to work days, evenings and weekends
