Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at East Kootenay Realty Ltd.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train store staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that stock levels are optimized.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, credit card processing, and reconciliations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
